When I got to Notre Dame, I chose to study Finance because I wanted to learn how to build a viable business. After graduating, I started working in GE’s Financial Management Leadership Program to gain practice in managing corporate operations to maximize financial performance. But, after spending almost 2 years exploring different areas of the business (including Controllership, Financial Planning and Analysis, Product Finance, and Supply Chain Management) and serving as Program President, I decided to pursue a new path for my career to focus on building new value for businesses instead of managing existing operations.

When I left GE’s Financial Management Leadership Program to build a startup and pursue a Master’s degree in Design Innovation from Northwestern University, I was excited to practice using design to improve everyday experiences in people’s lives and build lasting solutions that add value for the people who use them. After graduating, I started working as a Researcher and Design Strategist at IA Collaborative to help Fortune 500 clients better understand and optimize user experiences for their customers and employees.

I believe that working to build better solutions to important human problems is the best way to simultaneously maximize returns on invested time and capital. So, I am interested in helping ambitious organizations find actionable opportunities to solve impactful problems by designing effective solutions that improve customer experiences, accelerate revenue growth, and increase profit margins.
